I know this is a ways a away....but just wondering if anyone knew anything about this/was involved in coordinating this sort of thing? I'm not sure if we had a 15 year one or not....? Any info would be appreciated.

Hi Ellen,
I am also interested in knowing if there is going to be a reunion. I'll keep checking periodically.
I've been in Florida since 89 and I haven't heard from anyone in a while, so I haven't been up to date on functions. I think even a get together would be great!
On a side note, does anyone know if 248 has their own wedsite?

Hey Ellen! Hey Erica! I would like to help, I know Joanne Isgro was involved in past ones, and I might actually have the time to help. I have lost touch with everyone over the years, I have seen a few randoms roaming the streets of Philadelphia, and when down the shore in the summer, but I have very little contact info on anyone. BUT, one of my businesses now is event planning and coordination, so I would be very happy to volunteer my services if needed to see what we could put together.

Howdy Wayne, hows it going? I would not mind hearing more about it, but what kind of cruise? Is it going to be a destination reunion, or is it just one of the things they do on Spirit of Philadelphia? I can't imagine anyone with kids doing a destination kind of thing (ie cruise to the Bahamas etc.)

The cruise sounds interesting.
I for one have some reservations, for what it's worth (not much, I know ;) )
- recently it seems some crime is occurring on cruises, especially international ones. Law enforcement on international cruises does not seem to exist. I am wary of them.
- I have a small child. I would never take small children on a cruise for the obvious reason that they could fall off the boat. It may sound silly but as a parent you worry about stuff like that.
- For a reunion, I envisaged something in a hall, maybe with dinner.
I don't mean to disparage the event or the people organizing it at all.
